How to Measure Your Dog
For the best fit, measure your dog while they're standing in a relaxed position. Use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps:
Neck
Measure around the base of the neck where the collar normally sits. You should be able to fit two fingers between the tape and your dog's neck.
Chest
Measure the widest part of the chest, usually just behind the front legs. This is the most important measurement for coats.
Back Length
Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail. Keep the tape along the spine.

How should the coat fit?
The coat should allow your dog to move freely without restriction. You should be able to slide your flat hand between the coat and your dog's body. The coat should cover the back without extending past the base of the tail.
